Identifying OBD-II Compliant Vehicles

Most vehicles year 1996 and on and OBD-II Compliant. However, there are a couple of things you can check for to insure compliace.

1)      Look for a sticker under the hood, on the sticker it should say “OBD-II Compliant”

2)      Look under the steering column or the dash for an OBD-II Adapter

Find either of those and the interface will work.
